Philadelphia, PA (December 18, 2017) – Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox Partners Jonathan Spergel and Bryan Franey were panelists for “Building on Contaminated Land,” at the Philadelphia Bar Institute (PBI) 2017 Real Estate Institute. The program was held December 7-8 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center and their presentation took place on the afternoon of December 8.
This program addressed the benefits and opportunities presented by brownfields redevelopment. MGKF provided a history of Pennsylvania’s Land Recycling Program (Act 2) and the features and standards required as project through the process. Environmental permitting was also discussed as well those related to Pennsylvania, construction, and new stormwater development in Pennsylvania.
