MGFK Partner Schiller Receives a 2017 Diversity Award from the Diversity Law Institute

Philadelphia, PA (November 9, 2017) – Pennsylvania attorney, Suzanne (Shoshana) Schiller , of the law firm of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), has received a 2017 Diversity Award from the Diversity Law Institute (DLI).  The presentation was made on November 3rd at the 2017 Diversity Law Institute Summit & Awards in Philadelphia. DLI Diversity Awards are given annually to a select number of individuals, law firms, and companies who have at an elite level, promoted, enhanced, or supported diversity and inclusion in the profession of law.

A Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and a member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group, Shoshana is listed as one of the “2017 Top 50:Women Pennsylvania Super Lawyers” and has achieved the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell legal directory.  She is a partner in MGKF’s litigation group, handling a wide range of disputes with particular experience  in CERCLA, cost recovery and contribution actions, as well as pipeline, storage tank, real estate development, and leasing matters.  She is a frequent speaker at legal and industry trade conferences and seminars, a regular author on environmental and real estate issues and currently the editor of MGKF’s Litigation Blog.  Her academic writings have been cited in publications such as the Harvard Law Review, the Georgetown Law Journal, the Emory Law Journal and the United States Supreme Court.
