Kevin S. Hennessy’s practice focuses on administrative, environmental, governmental and land use law, with particular experience in litigation in those areas of law. He is a founding member of Lewis, Longman and Walker, P.A. and has over 30 years of experience representing clients in litigation and negotiation of environmental permit and enforcement issues, land development, property rights, local government issues, coastal construction matters, water rights, wetland issues, hazardous waste and contamination issues, condemnation and eminent domain.
