Greg DeGulis Elected to American College of Environmental Lawyers
July 2018; CLEVELAND, OH – McMahon DeGulis LLP is thrilled to announce that Gregory DeGulis, a founding partner of the firm, has been elected to the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL). Greg is one of only 24 attorneys elected nationwide in 2018. The ACOEL is a prestigious professional organization comprised of distinguished private practitioners, government lawyers and academics who practice in the field of environmental law.

Greg has 32 years of experience prosecuting and defending environmental and toxic exposure claims, with significant experience in environmental cost recovery matters, environmental insurance litigation, construction litigation and wetlands cases. Greg represents a wide array of clients, including manufacturers, real estate developers, railroads, wastewater treatment facilities, contractors and municipalities. Additionally, Greg leads the firm’s insurance recovery practice.
In 2000, Greg co-founded the Environmental Law Network (elnonline.com), which consists of 26 US law firms and 6 international affiliates. The Environmental Law Network was recognized by Chambers (2015-2018) as the only Global Environmental Law Network. He is also an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association in environmental cases.
