The Federal Government Challenges the State Water Board’s Amended Bay-Delta Water Quality Control Plan
On March 28, 2019, the United States Department of Justice and the Department of the Interior (collectively, “Federal Government”) filed lawsuits in both federal and state court challenging the State Water Resources Control Board’s recent amendments to the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Estuary.
