Marc McAree is a partner in Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers LLP’s Toronto office. He is certified as an Environmental Law Specialist by the Law Society of Ontario.
Marc provides environmental advice and solutions to a wide range of clients. Marc leads our firm’s litigation group. Marc has significant environmental expertise in all aspects of: civil and regulatory environmental litigation, contaminated land and brownfields, transactions, and day-to-day compliance and approvals. More generally, Marc assists clients to manage environmental risks and liabilities.
