Greg DeGulis Delivers 6th Circuit Oral Argument
On January 31, 2018, McMahon DeGulis LLP Partner Greg DeGulis delivered an oral argument in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati. Greg, along with co-counsel Erin McDevitt-Frantz, represents the City of Green, Ohio in a challenge to Ohio EPA’s issuance of a 401 Water Quality Certification for the Nexus Pipeline.
