Environmental Law Group to Co-Present Webinar on EPA, Upper Midwest States’ COVID-19 “Regulatory Flexibility”
Environmental Law Group Attorney Bill Hefner will co-present a free one-hour webinar this Friday, April 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. CST entitled, “Environmental Compliance during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Agency Guidance and Industry Considerations.” Bill and his co-presenter will discuss existing mechanisms available to the regulated community to seek relief from compliance requirements and will discuss and compare “regulatory flexibility” guidance recently issued by the Environmental Protection Agency and select upper Midwest state environmental regulatory agencies.
